Q: What is NPC’s turnaround time on products?
A: If your order is sent in online before noon it may go out the same day or the next business day. If it is sent in the afternoon it will go by the next business day. Adding options to your order such as: spray, mount, artwork will add extra time.
Q: What type of photographic paper does NPC use?
A: Our photographic prints are printed on Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC Digital Paper.
Q: How do I become a NPC customer?
A: Select "Become A Customer" button at the top of any page.
Q: Do you have minimum orders?
A: No!
Q: Can I get samples to show my customers?
A: NPC will send samples of some of our products to you when you open your account with us. We have samples that can be ordered with your images on our Roes order form.
Q: What type of wedding albums do you offer?
A: We offer Optimus albums and the templates are available on our Roes order form. We also offer many varieties of albums through TAP. Lay Flat Books are available in the Press Print Catalog.
Q: Do you offer canvas printing?
A: Yes, many sizes are available in the Fine Arts Catalog.
