Basic ROES Questions. . .

Q: How do I download the Roes Ordering Program?
A: Log on at the top of the home page. This will take you to the “customers area”. Select Roes Programs then select the Roes icon.

Q: What type of files is needed for ordering?
A: Log on at the top of the home page. This will take you to the “customers area”. Select PSD Templates and choose the sub category, then select the product you want.

Q: Where do I find the templates for the products?
A: Log on at the top of the home page. This will take you to the “customers area”. Select PSD Templates and choose the sub category, then select the product you want.

Q: How do I add a logo to my wallets?
A: Select the wallet in the format needed. Select the Option Button. Select “Show Options Pallet”. When the pallet appears choose which logo, font and color you desire.

Q: Do you offer classes in Roes Ordering?
A: NPC offers classes each month on Roes ordering at the lab and Go-To-Meeting Sessions. Call for dates.

Q: My Roes icon disappeared form my desktop. How do I get it back?
A: Select the start button. Select Control Panel. Select Java. Go to Temporary Internet Files and select view. Right click the Roes icon and select install shortcuts.

Q: I submitted a ROES order, but did not get an email confirmation.
A: Open the “My Information” window and confirm that your email address is entered correctly. If there is a typo, fix it here, and look for your confirmation e-mail on your next order. If you have changed your email address recently, remember to also go to the “My Information” and change it.

Q: When I choose the greeting card number I want it disappears. 
A: Make sure you are using the pallet. Select the option button. Select “show options pallet”. When the pallet appears work from that window when choosing options.
