Q: How does NPC ship an order?
A: At this time NPC uses UPS, USPS, Speedy, Delivery, and Pick-up. Your location will determine the shipping services.

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A:NPC absorbs the cost of studio orders that are shipped by your regular shipping service. Sport orders are $4.00 per order. Schools and Merchandise are actual shipping costs. If you need to expedite shipping, contact customer service for the cost.

Q: Do you drop ship?
A: We will drop ship orders for you. On the review order page of Rose, in the bottom gray areas, select the drop ship button. Select whether you want first class mail or express. Fill in the address and proof. Drop shipping is available for 11x14 and smaller only.

Q: How do I add a logo to my wallets?
A: Select the wallet in the format needed. Select the Option Button. Select “Show Options Pallet”. When the pallet appears choose which logo, font and color you desire.

Q: Do you offer classes in Roes Ordering?
A: NPC offers classes each month on Roes ordering at the lab and Go-To-Meeting Sessions. Call for dates.

Q: Does NPC offer special packaging when drop shipping to customers?
A: NPC can ship you order with “Diamond Packaging”. Select Diamond Packaging on the right hand side of our web page for a description.
